Selected plans, atlases, mapping products, and documentary work from government service across Arkansas and Florida — each one shaped by the same belief that public infrastructure should be understandable to the people it serves.
The Tri-Lakes MPO's 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan translated long-range regional transportation priorities into a public-facing framework for Hot Springs National Park and the surrounding area. The work connected federal planning requirements, project programming, public engagement, and local context into a plan that could guide investment decisions for the next 25 years.
At the Ocala Marion TPO, long-range planning meant more than assembling a required document. The 2045 LRTP helped translate regional growth, mobility needs, fiscal constraints, and project priorities into a plan that local governments, agency partners, and the public could use as a shared roadmap.

The 2016 MPO Atlas for Jonesboro brought together the spatial foundation of a growing metropolitan planning area: roadway networks, boundaries, land use context, and transportation reference maps. It was practical GIS work designed to give planners, officials, and residents a clearer shared picture of the region.

The FY 2025-2028 TIP for the Tri-Lakes MPO organized near-term transportation investments into a federally required, public-facing program. It connected project schedules, funding sources, amendments, and regional priorities so partner agencies and the public could see what was moving from plan to implementation.

The film extends Parker & Vale's work into cinematic storytelling: taking the same questions that guide public planning — place, memory, infrastructure, and community change — and exploring them through a human lens.
