What types of organizations do you work with?
MPOs, city and county planning departments, state DOTs, transit agencies, economic development corporations, and community nonprofits. If you have an infrastructure project that needs to be understood, we'd like to hear about it.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We're based in Hot Springs, Arkansas but take engagements nationally. Most planning and GIS work is fully remote. Media production may involve on-site visits depending on scope.
Can you work within grant-funded budgets?
Yes, and we know how to document our work to meet federal reimbursement requirements. Planning and public engagement work is frequently grant-eligible under FHWA and FTA programs.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. A story map or project film can be completed in 4–8 weeks. A full long-range plan communications package runs alongside the planning process — typically 12–18 months.
Do we need all three services?
Not at all. Some clients need only GIS support. Others need only a film. The three practice areas work well together, but each stands alone. We scope to what you actually need.
What happens after we reach out?
We'll respond within two business days. If there's a fit, we'll set up a 30-minute call to hear about your project in more detail — no commitment required, no sales pitch.
