Infrastructure intelligence, by vertical.

Atlas Transportation for capital programs. Atlas Property as a spatial layer on existing systems. Facilities and other infrastructure come later.

Transportation

Atlas Transportation

A reusable system for organizations that program and explain transportation investment — MPOs, DOTs, and municipalities. The flagship is a TIP Atlas: not an attractive map of the program, but a living view of the program itself.

The problem is familiar. Projects live in spreadsheets. Geometries live in GIS. Funding lives in a PDF. Amendments never quite reach the public page. Staff, executives, and citizens are looking at three different versions of the truth.

Atlas Transportation is built so that projects, locations, funding, phases, schedules, sponsors, status, amendments, documents, reporting, and public communication can share one source of truth.

Exploration

Atlas Property

Atlas Property is not a replacement for property-management systems. It is a geospatial intelligence layer on top of the systems operators already use.

Combined with geography, that data can start to answer questions that a work-order screen cannot: which properties have the most maintenance activity? Where are vacant units? Which commercial leases are expiring? Where are assets concentrated? Which properties sit near particular geographic conditions or carry particular risk?

Transportation remains the focus. Property is a direction we are exploring with operators who already have a system of record and still cannot see the portfolio in place.

What it is not

A new rent roll, accounting suite, or tenant portal. Those tools already exist.

What it could be

A spatial picture of the portfolio — maintenance, vacancy, leases, and context — sitting on top of the system you already run.

Status

Exploration. There is no public Property demo yet. If this is your problem, the demo conversation is the right next step.

Later

Atlas Infrastructure / Facilities

The same pattern — structured data, geography, documents, and multiple interfaces — can extend to facilities and other physical infrastructure. That work is not the current product.

Begin

Start with the program you already run.

If you manage a TIP, a safety program, or a property portfolio that is hard to see in one place, we should look at it together.
