The Tri-Lakes MPO needed a federally required TIP that connected project schedules, funding sources, amendments, and regional priorities — and remained readable to partners and the public.
The FY 2025–2028 TIP structured near-term investments as a public-facing program. Schedules, funding, and amendment pathways were organized so agencies could track what was advancing from long-range plan to delivery.
A compliant TIP that made near-term investments visible: what was programmed, how it was funded, and how it related to regional priorities.
Programming documents are decision tools. Clarity in tables and amendment language reduces confusion for staff, boards, and funding partners.
